Interfacing and control
Our core business is interface engineering: we do not develop proprietary vision software, but connect it to industrial control systems (such as Siemens PLCs and other industry standards).
Thanks to this interface, the information detected by the cameras (minor defects, irregular edges, stains) is translated into immediate actions for the machine, optimising cycle times and ensuring maximum precision of the finished product.
Integration services:
- Technology selection: selection of the commercially available vision systems best suited to the application.
- Electrical engineering: system design and cabling to enable communication between the vision system and the PLC.
- Interface software: programming and configuration of communication protocols for line control.
- Structural solutions: fabrication of metalwork and dedicated structures for the installation of components on the existing line, to the customer’s specifications.
