MCC panels
MCC (Motor Control Centre) panels are the beating heart of industrial automation when it comes to motor management. D. e G. Group’s focus on compartmentalisation is a key factor: it is not just a matter of organisation, but of business continuity and extreme safety.
The structure with isolated compartments (segregation) allows operation in accordance with standard IEC 61439-1/2. This means that:
- Selective maintenance: it is possible to remove or work on a single starter without switching off the entire panel.
- Arc protection: compartmentalisation drastically reduces the risk of a potential internal fault spreading.
- Operational safety: the operator is protected from direct contact with the main busbars whilst working on the individual cubicle.
